Stanley the Liverpool Avalon Dock Monster. She’s the same sort of thing the Loch Ness Monster is, only obviously she does not live in Loch Ness, she lives around Stanley Dock.

He wasn’t in the comic, but Stanley’s caregiver is a selkie named Zech who makes sure she’s properly fed and healthy. Stanley eats all the garbage the Avalon produces, which is good for both parties.
